Install and configure S3CMD for Amazon S3


Install S3CMD

First you need to Install EPEL repo for CentOS 6

After EPEL-testing repo is installed and enabled, install s3cmd via yum

yum install s3cmd

After it is installed, you will need to configure it for our S3 bucket

s3cmd --configure

Insert your API, Secret, and encryption password

Follow all wizard defaults, and test during the wizard.
